Relaxing, comfortable value for money

The staff were amazing and could not have been more helpful. There was a good range of food. The place was beautiful to look at with plenty of pools and places to sit. We chose this as we were diving,but not much to do otherwise unless you go out on one of the many choices of excursions.

The place was a bit tired in places. The water sometimes came out the taps dark brown. Although we were careful we still got upset bowels that has lasted long after we got home. The evening entertainment was akin to a tacky Butlins (some like that stuff).

Room is nice and the bed is comfortable. The hotel have three nice pools. Also, the breakfast was good.

The hotel is not safe from sequrity, health, psychology prespactivs.

The hotel is not safe. they brought tourists groups through tourism companies with cheap rates. Such groups are low class (looks like homeless)and might cause some problems and noise. Personally, I called the police because there were some tourists got drunk and attacking other people without any intervention from hotel’s staff.

- Food and restaurant ambience very poor. Lights and air conditioning switched off at 10am - No air conditioning working/or not switched on in the public areas during the day. - we were only people checking in and it took 20 minutes?

The pool was nice

There is no WiFi in the rooms, which were not clean. The bathtub was quite dirty and the water pressure in the Taps was very low. The water itself was, at times in a weird shade of Orange which combined with the low tap pressure made the shower feel like a uriney drip. The staffs attitude was between indifferent to pure ignorement, and unpleasant at the front desk

Very good breakfast,nice decoration, very good beds,great location for calm holiday.

Reef Beach ???? because I ve been in this hotel before and the beach they had in 2017 was a paradise for snorkeling and diving.

Not bad but for a health conscious person not really a place to be !!

The staff was excellent.Location was good and quiet.

Breakfast was very poor. Rooms are not always as you put them on your website !! They use hard chemicals to spray for insects.These chemicals are detrimental to people's health !!

check in take long time, mattress are old and hurt your body, pillows the same, bad smell from WC, wash room are old and need repair, electric plugs not all working, air conditions are old and temperature can’t be adjusted to what you desire.

It wasn’t the best holiday but still ok.

Staff in the restaurant been so friendly..

Bad behaviour from the front desk employees. Around the pool in B section was very dirty almost nobody clean it over the 4 days stay..

We booked this hotel as a honeymoon gift for my niece .When they arrived they were taken to the other extension of the hotel and the room was dirty .They were disappointed and made a complaint .They were given another room which was fine.

Very nice hotel with great price

Wonderful hotel with several pools and great included breakfast. Rooms were goodnsiz and beds comfortable. The staff were very helpful and polite. The Manager Aziz was on top of everything and changed our room when we were not happy with the one we got originally. It is not on the beach but they operate hourly buses to a beautiful reef at the Red Sea where they have chairs and umbrellas to relax and snorkel or to a small beach.

Internet only available in the lounge which was inconvenient and sometimes fairly warm.

Another Great Stay!

Friendly welcome even at 2.30am! Having stayed here 8 times now I have no problems with the hotel. The restaurant alwaysbhas something and has good local amenities. The hotel runs a shuttle to their beach regularly which gives you a break from the go.although the 4 pools give ample space. 10 mins by taxi to naama bay making it ideal. Great restaurants nearby too - definately recommend the Grill House! Staff cajtndo enough for and the bar manager Hossam Morsy was a gentleman! Always knew what you wanted and took genuine interest in his guests. A credit to the hotel. Another great stay and I hope be back again later in the year!
